I’m making some changes to my Workout routines, so i’m now going with some circuit training and pumping up the cardio time. For those of you who want to try out something different.. this was my routine on Tuesday. Go as many as you can till failure. And remember to push push push!

Set 1 : Time 1 minute for each workout!

  • Blurpee
  • Normal Pushup on the toes
  • Stair climber

Set 2 : Time 45 seconds for each workout!

  • Jumping Blurpee
  • Stair Climber
  • Normal Pushup on the toes
  • Plank to Push up
  • Ab Crunches

Set 3 : Time 45 seconds for each workout!

  • Jumping Blurpee
  • Plank to Push up
  • Lower back extension
  • Ab Crunches
  • Leg Raises

 

Set 4 : Time 1 minute for each workout!

  • Stair Climber
  • Jumping Blurpee
  • Normal Pushups on the toes
  • 1 Leg Plank (30 seconds on each leg)
  • Leg Raises

 

Finally to kill it off.. or rather to slow it down. Cardio for 20-25 minutes. Walk it on high incline. Have a great workout and tell me how it went! ^_^
