Breakfast – oats + macadamia nuts +wheat cereal + raisins + banana
Lunch- apple+Tau fu Fa with brown sugar+protein bar
Dinner – Warm Mediterranian Chicken with beans and baby spinach
Today i pumped up a bit more on the cardio. need to do more cardio soon.
Warm up was 10 minutes on the cross ramp
This was a simple circuit but a tough one. just using only three main exercises : The lizard followed by the Donkey Kick and last but not least knee raises. Do 3 sets. First set work yourself for 1 minute and rest for 30 seconds. Second set work 45 seconds and rest for 30 seconds. Third and final set work for 30 and rest for 20seconds.
Finishing off with a 30 minute cardio session.
Phew now that felt good!
