Yesterday i rested and considered it cheat day. Wish i hadn’t.. i didn’t over cheat but i did have one too many servings of mee hoon… dammit this is exactly why you should cook for thyself. Love my family but man it’s hard sometimes when you are watching your diet with others who will eat whatever they want. Anyways thats my guilty confession.. so today was punishment day at the gym. If you want you can try out the circuit training below ^_^

Workout
Warmup: Jog 10min

Warm Up:
Mountainclimber + Burpee + Knee Tuck Jump + Mule kick+Side taps (actually it was suppose to be set 1.. but i forgot one exercise >.<)

Circuit Training: Work 15s in between exercise.No rest till all complete.
Mountainclimber + Burpee + Knee Tuck Jump + Mule kick + Side taps + High Knees

Cardio 30m:
Crosstrainer 5m + Threadmill Run 5m speed 8.21 km/h
Crosstrainer 5m + Threadmill Run 5m speed 8km/h

Crosstrainer 5m + Threadmill Run 5m speed 10km/h
Abs:
(Decline Leg Raises 20+ Decline Full Sit Up 20) x 3 sets
Decline bicycle kicks 20×4.

Push yourself all the time.. and don’t forget to stretch ^_^

Food intake:
Morning: 2 and a half scoop of oats and grapes
Lunch: Tea Chansii Green Tea Mango Jelly and Basil Seeds… sigh really wish i had more food intake.
Dinner: Wild Mushroom soup and Thai Mango Salad.
Snack: handfull of walnuts and a prune.. (sad sad lol)
