Being healthy and active is something I have chosen to do for myself since 2006, but I never really really got into it as much as I have for the past two years. One thing I really hope to do in my life is to inspire others out there in trying to get fit. You know keeping a healthy (don’t even mention about being fit..cause that’s hard by itself) – is a lonely a tough thing to do. I say that because I came from a comfortable disposition myself. I enjoy eating and I can be pretty greedy, lol. I would think that I’ve taken on my mom’s bottomless pit, case she does have one. That said I know that if I just ate whatever I want and didn’t bother to expel the excess energy, it’s going to be my downfall.

Coming back to the Milo Breakfast Movement, it’s a campaign about empowering individuals out there to take charge of their life, set a goal and achieve it. But it all Starts with a healthy nutritious breakfast!

I’ve been training my body for about 2 years now and over the two years, i’ve learnt more and more about my body. You can say since becoming more aware and being health conscious, my body and I have a better relationship.

Like before when i was a kid, I never ate breakfast cause my body told me I couldn’t handle it. Truth is, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Simply because you need energy to get you going. You aren’t going to get anything done, if your mind isn’t alert and your body is all sluggish. That said i certainly believe that exercise in the morning together with a nutritious and yummy breakfast is the best combo.

 

The best feeling in the morning is when you work up a good sweat cause, after that you feel amazingly fresh and all set for the day.

Here’s an example of what I make in the mornings when I have time to cook. 🙂

So what’s my Milo Breakfast Movement Goal? 

I want to get a group 100 Malaysians active and fit again. I hope this will spread the healthy living belief nationwide. That’s my MILO Breakfast Movement goal.
