Hello peeps! I’m super proud and happy to announce that this is my very first fitness podcast aka the FitSpur series which I’ll be doing frequently, touching on nutrition, motivation and training advice. I’ll be doing these podcast mainly with my Master Strength Coach, Ben who’s the founder of Australian Strength Performance (ASP). I’ve worked with Ben and his team before when they were down in Malaysia for their very first workshop. The first episode of the Fitspur Series touches on 5 Nutrition Myths, that Ben has helped me to debunk. 1. Egg yolks are bad for you, so avoid them?
