I have been working out for roughly 3 years consistently now. My training has varied quite a fair bit as I was still searching for the perfect way to train my body. I’ve tried doing circuit training, doing lots of cardio, weight training… I’ve done them all and while I do get some results, it’s still not the results I want yet. It’s hard cause it will take time for a person to understand their own body and finally getting the right method. What I’ve been doing so far is more of maintenance and just making sure that my body is still toned. This year however I’m aiming to get my bod stronger and leaner.
With that, I was really really excited when I was approached by Australian Strength Perfomance to be one of their ambassadors for their The 2014 Strength Revolution Tour!
First let me tell you about about them.
Who is Australian Strength Performance ?
Australian Strength Performance aka ASP was founded by SP was founded by Benjamin Siong, a Science Honours graduate from the University of Melbourne who has combined his extensive knowledge of the anatomical and psychological sciences with his passion for athletic development, physique conditioning and lifestyle enhancement.
Their methods are about strategically combining Fitness Training Programs with optimal nutrition and supplementation. This method can be applied for any individual and I can tell you I’m very impressed by the results of their clients! Some of them are fitness models which is what I hope to aspire to be one day in my life (my ultimate perfect physique). Just take a look at some of the transformations!
