I’ve been building my base for myself since last year in may. Getting my nutrition and training back on track. All the while increasing knowledge and having a better understanding of my body.

So i would like to call the start of Jan, to be like the serious beginning of me getting ready for comp. First week didn’t turn out like how I wanted it to go but it’s ok, just have to make the next 16 weeks good!
