Workout Day 2
Warm up 15mins on the Cross Ramp high speed Incline 16 and Resistance 3-7
Close grip chin up 3sets of 15reps with 33lbs
Knee raise 30seconds altenate with seated row at 25lbs 20reps ,second set knee raise 45sec at 25reps and the last set knee raise 1min at 30reps
Lat pulldown 3sets at 30reps with 5kg and last set at 7.5kg
Mountain climber 30secs altenate with preacher curl at 5kg and 30reps,second set mountain climber 30secs and 30reps with same weight.
