Set 3: running on the spot random push up 45sx3.

Morning: Tosai Telur
Lunch: Tortilla wrap, roasted chicken added teriyaki chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, black olives and jalapeno
Dinner: Tosai Telur and chicken
