05 May Friday Workout : Super Intense Circuit Workout
Another 3 more days to the shoot. Pheww.. anxious a bit but working it off as much as i can. Today i pushed as much as i could during my one hour workout. The sweat was immense. You have to try this workout it will really really test your endurance and how much you’re willing to push yourself. Don’t give up on yourself. Just keep going! ^_^
Workout
Cardio: 20interval running
Sprint 1min: speed 10-15km/h
Walk 30s: speed 5.5-6.0km/h
Circuit 1: Work 30s-20s-10s, No Rest
Set 1: Burpee + mountainclimber + knee tuck jump
Set 2: knee tuck jump + mountainclimber + burpee
Circuit 1: Work 30s-20s-10s, No Rest
Set 1: Side taps + high knees + mule kick
Set 2: mule kick + high knees + sidetaps
Circuit 1: Work 30s-20s-10s, No Rest
Set 1: Burpee + push up + jumping lunges
Set 2: jumping lunges + push up + Burpees
Abs: 5 sets
Decline Leg Raises 20 + Decline sit up 20
Food Intake
Morning: Oats with Grapes
Lunch: Tea Chansii Raspberry and Vinegar with Cranberry and Basil Seeds
Dinner: Roasted Chicken Wrap from Subway. Handful of walnuts and one Detox Beetroot Apple and Carrot Juice.
