It’s the start of the new year, life is already getting busy and hectic, for me it is anyway. But if you have lots to do between going to work, doing the laundry, maybe picking up the kids from school or maybe sorting your own life… where do we even get time to watch out for our health. I believe it’s even more important now to destress ourselves and get a good sweat in. For me that’s my only time i get to zone out and not be concerned about the things around me.
Doing Yoga is one way to calm me down if not blasting out with HIIT workout is a great way to make me focus on nothing else but the sweat. If you are stressed out and you don’t have time, checkout one of my fast-forward workouts you can do at home!
