Time is not a luxury most of us have. Especially for the working adult and those who have families. A number of my friends and colleagues often complain that haven’t got the time to go to the gym. I personally say its an excuse, cause it’s all about prioritizing. You can afford to do a simple workout in a few minutes. You don’t need to sweat but at least you got some activity in. It’s better than none.
So let’s say you started your day a bit late. Workout time is limited because you’re tired, you have to send kids to school. Let’s fast-forward and do this quick workout. You won’t need any equipment, just a small space and timer
